Abstract

There are many legal issues that must be considered in association with discharge and transfer. However, legal complication will probably develop if the patient sustains further damage by virtue of the transfer and discharge. Also, it is interesting to trace recent developments in pre-hospital care and hospital care, Since many of the greatest deficiencies in emergency care.
