Abstract

In this article the following matters have been discussed: (1) legal backgrounds of expert testimony-expert testimony, expert witness and kinds of expert testimony witness; (2) some, legal problems on expert witness - selection of expert witness, cooperation of expert witness and judge, registering of expert witness and safeguard of expert witness ; and (3) decision of items of expert testimony.
