Evaluation of Physical Damage due to Medical Accidents

Abstract
Medical accidents mean cases in which unexpected and undesirable physical damages result from medical activities. 1) Effect of physical damage on life 2) Prognosis of physical damage and degree of recovery. 3) Degree of the loss of labor due to functional impairment. 4) Capacity or incapacity for specific types of work due to physical damage. 5) Presence or absence of medical malpractice. 6) Psychiatric test and evaluation when necessary. Study was also made on essential points needed for the evaluation of medical accidents, problems involved in the evaluation of medical accidents, and the present situation in this country of trials of medical accidents.
