Infliction of Injury and Medical Certificates

Abstract

One of the most important reports compiled by a physician is not required by statute. It is the medical report concerning the injuries, physical and mental condition, and progmosis of a patient-client, prepared by the physician in connection with a personal injury lawsuit or any other litigation involving the health and well-being of one of the parties. In this article, therefore, discussed conception of injury and infliction of injury, name of injury and essential parts for examination of the injuries, duration of treatment and criteria of determination of wound healing, etc.
