| Abstract |
|
It is a very important thing to diagnose disease for a medical certificate and medical treatment after physical check up. In this paper I cited Korean standard classification Of disease edited by Korean Economic Planning Board(1979) to name disease. I discussed here how to write medical certificate on medicolegal view point after diagnosis and also divided basic concepts to diagnose diseases as follows: 1. Diagnosis with organic changes
a. Diagnosis based on morphological changes.
b. Diagnosis based on etiological agents.
2. Diagnosis without organic changes.
