Medicolegal Considerations on Brain Death

Abstract

Brain death has been increasingly accepted by the legal and medical professions in the world. Ⅰ reviewed the criteria for the determination of brain death by Conference of Medical Royal Colleges and their Faculties in the U.K., Medical Consultants on the Diagnosis of Death to the President's Commission for the Study of Ethical Problems in the States and other committees in some countries.
