Abstract
Many studies have been performed to develop more subdivided and specified blood grouping methods for the purpose of human individual identification. So, the author collected human sera from 119 donors, and carried out the agglutination test with mouse red blood cells (RBC) by them. The results could be summarized as follows: 1. Human sera could be classified into two groups by agglutinating activity to mouse RBC. One was the group that agglutinated mouse RBC, and the other was not. 2. Of the 119 donors, the incidence of the former (agglutination group) was 34% and the latter was 66%. 3. There was no significant relation between agglutination property of mouse RBC with human sera and known blood groups, such as ABO, Cl, H, Vp, ab. C and Hp, etc. which were compared with. 4. There were no specified changes of agglutination activities of human sera with ficinized mouse RBC.
