Abstract |
Agglutination and agglutinating titeration were carried out on the 90 kinds of plant extracts native in Jae-Joo island with various animal red blood cells such as rabbit, rat, mouse, sheep, dog, duck, cat, hog and bovine, and demonstrated that sheep's red blood cells were classified into two groups by the agglutination activity of R. communis extracts, dog's and cat's were by T. fortunei extracts, dog's were by V. awakucki extracts, duck's were by R. davurica extracts and bovine's were by C. japonicum extracts.
Ten rabbit panphytagglutinins, one sheep panphytagglutinin, five dog panphytagglutinins, six cat panphytagglutinins, four hog panphytagglutinins, one bovine panphytagglutinin and three rat and mouse panphytagglutinins were also demonstrated respectively. |
