| Abstract |
|
As a physician practices his profession, he unavoidably exposes himself daily to potential claims from his patients and their relatives. Nevertheless, most physicians have no real understanding of what are the liabilities of medical malpractice and legitimacy of medical treatment.
Therefore, the author discussed scientism and evaluation of effectiveness of medical treatment, legitimacy and judicial problem for evaluation of medical treatment such as multiple criteria and level of medical science and medical care for evaluation of medical treatment, strict legal control and atrophy of medical cares, problems of duty to affirm medical procedures performed, and problems arising from accepting cause-effect relationship etc. |
