The author carried out agglutination, titration and absorption test on the 90 kinds of plant extracts native in Jae-Joo island with human red blood cells and demonstrated four panphytagglutinins from the extracts of Maackia fauriei T., Cinnamomum japonicum S., Sophora japonica L., and Rhys chinensis M. Then to clarify their serological nature of mentioned four panphytagglutinins, studied agglutinating inhibition with human sera and various antibiotics, and demonstrated that human red cells could be classified into two groups by agglutination of extracts of S. japonica L. treated with penicillin.
