Tetanic Infection and Its Liability in Inpatients

Abstract
It is generally accepted for medical persons to keep in mind care of the tetanus-prone wounds, as like missile injuries or crushing in civil life with cleansing and debridement thoroughly in emergency room principally. Physicians tend to approach easily for hospitalized patients to have their first-aid and negligible small injury especially in non-tetanus-prone wounds. In these cases, often patients exert local tonic contraction to deteriorated rapidly in generalized convulsion. It resulted from their drop of principles to give the patient adequate immunization with toxoid, globulin and surgical management of all wounds, no matter how minor, than early diagnosis and elimination of infected area. The physicians' responsibility should be considered to be aware of the prophylaxic and management of infection of all degrees caused by Clostridium tetani in hospital.
