Abstract

An adequate understanding of the concept of medical malpractice or professional liability begins with a working acquaintance with the legal theories essential to medical profession, therefore, this paper reviewed physician's due care related with medication and discussed structure of due care, anticipation possibility of drug induced suffering, significans of directions of drug labels, importanceness of history taking of patient's statemants, avoidence possibility of drug induced suffering and flexibility in physician's due care.
