Physician’s Duty and Attention for Surgery

Abstract

Physician should explain the disease or injury the patient suffers, and also possible complication, prognosis and dangers of surgery in the peri- and post-operative stages. In principle, physician should have the patient's concent before surgery, because currently the physician's prudance as their responsibility is mandatorily requested by lawyer including judges and attorney.
